EXCEPTIONS

Pool cues must be returned in new condition. No Chalk on tip. You can test the cue with dry hit only. All cue are checked to be straight by rolling before shipping.

DVD and Digital items cannot be returned.

CANCELLATIONS

Since we attempt to ship orders within 24 hours, cancellations of an order must be recieved within 24 hours of the order being placed. Shipping, handling and freight charges will apply to all orders shipped prior to our recieving your cancellation. Please email us at info@poolcuespro.com .
